“The organisation of the day was fantastic and it felt like the real thing! The great thing was that there was no waiting around - we were constantly in workshops, drop-in sessions and lectures throught the day which gave us the opportunity to ask questions to real FDs who had been through the process the year before us as well as learn tips and tricks. I think the highlight was that the mock interviews took place in the actual test centre, which gave us a feel of the real day and acclimatised us to the surroundings, as well as the fact that it was run by FDs who had just been through the interviews themselves so it was so tailored to us!
