The DFT interview 2021 and Covid
DTC was the first provider to train BDS5 students in helping them succeed in their Dental Foundation Interviews. We are the only provider to have successfully trained over 6000 students since 2015.
Our aim is to provide a realistic mock experience to the actual interview and exam; empowering students to feel more confident and prepared before their real DFT interviews and exam.
Due to Covid-19, last years official DFT interview was virtual and comprised only of the SJT (Situational Judgement Test) exam. As a result, DTC put together a comprehensive DFT SJT focused program including a full real time Electronic SJT exam!
The official format of the DFT 2021 Exam has not been released yet, however what ever format the exam will be in, rest assured our course will be uniquely designed to mimic the whole event, be it SJT only or SJT’s and PML/Comms interviews!

Content Theory Sessions
This part of the course is a deep dive into understanding the evidence-based theory required to answer SJT questions. This covers all common SJT themes, including ethics, legalities, governance, professionalism, and leadership.
SJT Technique & Practice
Comprehensive SJT workshop including: explanations, group practice, strategy and executing SJTs.
Mock Timed SJT Exam
A full mock SJT exam will be available under timed conditions. Further, our speakers will provide a full day of exam feedback.
Practice an extra 5 Mock SJT papers with answers as part of your preparation.
